Hiba Shahtoot, born in Nazareth in 1997 where she currently lives and works, she is an illustrator and a graphic designer, Hiba has completed her B.Des in Visual Communication degree in 2020 from Bezalel Academy of Arts and Design in Jerusalem. Hiba’s work was exhibited at Sada Movement’s Lifta’s Exhibition in 2020, Fresh Paint Fair in 2019 and also at the Outline Festival in 2019. Her work was awarded the 3rd place at Unlimited Friending: Alone Together Exhibition in 2019. Hiba was also nominated for the Carters Award for outstanding projects in the field of comics in 2020, and her short film “Mirroring” won Best Directing at The Animatex Festival in 2020.

Hiba’s clients vary from The Arab Culture Association, Maktabat Al Fanoos and Bezalel Academy of Arts and Design.
